Boy is she in big trouble now. Not only did she not give me a meatball the other day but she left for work this morning and didn't leave me any food or any water. Yep you heard me right...not a morsel or a drop. This is how he cracked the case. He sent her a text that said, "Hokes bowl looks pretty clean and the water bowl is empty. Did you feed him before you left for work?" Ya see, I'm pretty smart and don't normally drink during the day...I wait until he gets home so that I don't have to hold it all day long. But come on...she gave me a dry treat before she left...didn't she think I'd need something to wash it down with...and what if I got a hunger pain...didn't she think I would need to feed it?! I will tell you this though...she will never forget me again!!!

Oh Hoke, you can use this for weeks and weeks and weeks - you can play the 'You left the house without feeding me' card for some time now!!! I have to say, you do not look too impressed!

Awww, bummer. My mom goes to work sometimes too now and it has taken me some getting used to. I can REALLY lay it on thick with the old "I was home all day by myself" quilt trip and have been known to pee inside just to let her know how I feel about it. What can I say, we Westies are HIGH MAINTENANCE!!!!
