Puppy Kisses

Even though I'm a whole 7 years old, I still give puppy kisses!  When I was a little peanut I had a nanny!!  Yes indeed...a nanny!!  Her name is Nanny Ev and she came over everyday to let me out of my house and played with me in the yard...and oh how I still go nut-so when she comes over!! I jump around and wiggle like a maniac...puppy kisses, puppy kisses she says!!!  Don't worry Monsterface doesn't get in the way...she's all mine when she walks through the door.  Here she is, do you see her behind my great white teeths!!!  That's her!!  My Nanny Ev!

NOOOOOOO

Aren't Sundays suppose to be about rest and big spaghetti dinners with meatballs for me and cheese?!  Isn't it about just hanging out and getting hugs and playing with toys and sitting in the grass outside.  Someone told me that Sunday is a day for, well, just catching up on things and doing a whole lotta nothing!!!!  UMMMM can someone please tell her this!?!  Not only am I not resting, but WE both just got sneak attack baths!!!  Yep!!  I thought she was picking me up cause she said cheese and I'll go anywhere for cheese and the next think I know, I'm standing up to my ankles in water.  AND get this...it wasn't even warm!!!!  She scrubbed and scrubbed and scrubbed some more!!!  OOHH  HOW I HATE BATHS!!!!!  Monsterface thought she was safe but guess what, after she finished with me, she took her in there and put her in water too.

So as I sit here trying to get the water out of my ears...I vote for no more baths!!!!  I hate shampoo, I hate water and I hate conditioner!!!

Best place in the house

What a lazy Sunday...they went for brunch and I got to snooze...they came home and I got to run around (a little) and lay in the sun.  Now it's quiet time and I got the best place in the house...curled up right on his belly!  He didn't think I'd stay long but truth be hold, I'm so comfy and he's got his arm around me and well, I'm just gonna stick her for a bit.  Hope your weekend was great!!!

My feets down below!!

Here I am everyone!!!  I'm sorry I've been hiding...yes, Sweet William, hiding my feets.  They are still red and pretty soon they are going to think I'm an Irish Setter and not a fabulous Westie!!!  I think my feets are getting better...she washes them enough, I'm surprised I even have any hairs left!  My face is still red though and boy do I hate when she washes my face...as if I'm a little kid!!

Ok, for those of you who know me, I'm a little dramatic...and for those of you who don't...well, I'm a little dramatic.  But really, I've just been trying to take in all this nice weather.  It's so nice to be in my yard running around, chasing those wood bees and watching my green grass grow (especially where I'm watering it).  With that said, I think I need to water my daisy garden...not a peep out of them yet.  Anyone know what I should be looking for cause all I see are sticks and brown.

So here's to the warm weather!  Hip-Hip-Horrayyyy!!!

Treats

Everyone I'm having a treat problem in my house!!  Someone has snuck in and switched out all my good treats with dry...ummm how do I say this...BORING TREATS!!!!  Yep, no more begg'in strips, no more cookies, no more bread if they have a little left over!  All I get are dried turkey nugget things that look like something out of the tailend of Monsterface, some dried up lamb lungs, crusty nugget things that look like dirt pebbles and well fish treats that smell like the Fulton Fish Market.  Actually of all, those are my favorite.  

So heres the deal.  My feets and face have turned red and well she suspects that, among other things, I get too much wheat in my belly.  She says I'm allergic, I say it just doesn't care for me too much.  My friends at Westie Julep have been helping me out...they know what it's like to keep a Westie sparkly and white....AND while I'm happy that they are helping, I'm not happy about getting my feets washed alot and stinky power put on them.  BUT thanks from the bottom of my red feet!!!  Just a matter of time before I'm back to being crisp white again.  Anyway, if you have any treats that you can sneak my way, send them to me in an unmarked box so she doesn't know what they are.  I'll gobble them up before she gets home.

My Aim

Ok...so I'm a little upset about this post but need my friends to take my side hear about this.  She's been taking the Monster outside without me to teach her how to come when she's called (she's really not very good at it if I had to tell the truth)...in the process of taking her outside, she makes her sit at the door and wait until she gets the command to go out...well she touched her side and it was all wet.  Without hesitation she smelled her hand and yelled, "it's pee, it smells like pee!!  Did Hoke pee on her??  Did you see if Hoke peed on her?!"  He of course just stood there and said, "I don't know"...as if he would ever rat me out say a negative thing about me.  How could she actually think I'm capable of such a thing...I mean come on, does she really think that I may have possibly missed my target and peeped on MonsterFace.  Now I know some of you are saying that maybe MonsterFace WAS my target but I'm not so sure about it.  I'm thinking this is what happened...she was peeping, I came over to investigate and because she is so slow maybe she didn't hurry up fast enough and maybe, just maybe I tried to mark my territory and accidentally may have gotten too close.  BUT as I believe IF it did indeed happen, it's Monster's fault because she hogs the bathroom like girls do.

So that's my story and I'm sticking to it....and just to add the icing on the cake, MonsterFace had to have an emergency bath!!  Nannie-Nannie-boo-boo!!!!!

My LUCK

The Green Gobblin got me again!!!!  Yes that little leprechaun got me again!!!  Check it out, while they dined on Corned Beef and Cabbage and yummy potatoes all of which I got none of, that little monster put beads on me and made me take a picture.  I will say though after looking at this picture, I will say that I believe green just may be my color!!
