As they prepare for taxes I wanted to share with you whats "TAXING" to me.
1. The birds...why can't they hold their peeps in until I'm ready to get up
2. Meatballs...I would like to have more than one
3. His legs...they get in the way of my preferred snoozing position
4. Her feeding me...I don't care for dry food. When will she figure it out?
5. My toys...I want to leave them everywhere and he keeps moving them
6. The fire alarm...it's scares me and she keeps making it go off cause she burns stuff
7. UPS/FedEx...STOP BRINGING BOXES TO MY HOUSE!!!
8. The basement...the other day she left the door open and the light on. What's down there could have gotten out!!!
9. Squirrels...they are back and they run faster than me
10. Clothes...on the cold days they make me wear a coat and it give me static in my hairs.
What's taxing to you!? Oh how I hate tax season!!!
p.s. Sweet William - Lee is one smart cookie!!! You tell her I said glad she took every step to keep you safe and sound and her too but the basement:)....that would have been a tough one for me:)

EVERYTHINGY Else on your list is 87,000% taxing though fur SURE buddy. FUR SURE!!
whats taxing to me is when it is past 5:00 and NO food in the bowl yet but they have plenty of time to feed their faces!! I agree with all your others too and yay I HATE the Vacula too!!

Oh Hoke, I think you are very clever - this is a very smart taxing list. I have to say - 1) birds - I agree - and, importantly, why can't they let me catch them 2) meatballs - should be one whole plateful, not just one! 3) his and her legs - they take up the whole couch and I think that's unacceptable - it's my couch 4) dry food - over-rated, boring, I only eat mine if there is kangaroo meat sprinkled over it (me, spoilt? Never) 6) fire alarm - hate it, it hurts my ears so much and I can't bite it 9) squirrels - we don't have them 'Down Under' but boy, did I like chasing them (and foxes and rats) in Ireland! One day, I will catch one! 10) clothes - oh, they tell me wearing a coat 'is for your own good, Groucho, you'll be cold otherwise'. Not a chance.

We are totally with you Hoke...on all of them except #7! We love it when they bring the boxes that are specifically marked for US!!! We could do without the rest of them though...they just mess with our nap times! BOL! xoxo Chloe and LadyBug
Hoke, Zoie says she can't stand it that the squirrels can RUN RIGHT UP A TREE and she CAN NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Zoie has really tried hard to run up a tree!!!

Oh coats, mud booties, the UPS man, loud noises, people walking past my yard. All of these things tax me!

Don't get me started on the subject of taxes...in Switzerland I pay a yearly doggie tax and I don't get to vote, even though I'm a naturalized Swiss citizen. As an American, to me this is a blatant example of taxation without representation :)
Taxing not me, why should I let anything get to me, that is what I have Lee for. Why my job is just to enjoy life.
