You ever go somewhere and leave something behind, like forget a toothbrush or a pair of socks? Well I'm home and think I left my bark at the kennel. Yep...I lost my barker. She says I probably barked for a weeks straight...sounds like I'm locked in a trunk trying to bark...just nothings coming out. I sound more like a puppy Chihuahua rather than the ferocious Westie that I am!!! So I will have to call them tomorrow and tell them to send it to me...I just hope one of the other dogs doesn't take my bark and use it as their own. I'm happy to be home...they brought me nothing but it's ok, just glad to be back with them and in front of the fireplace. Hope you all didn't miss me too much :)

Oh Hoke, this is no good! I'm glad you are home (and yes, we did miss you!!) and I hope you find your bark soon. When I came out of quarantine here in Australia, I had a similar problem except mine was that my bark wasn't missing, it was just really different - I had a 'big dog' bark they said (I wasn't sure what they meant by 'big dog' as, like most Westies, I consider myself a big dog anyway!) - I sounded like a Rottie, it was quite funny really! But it only lasted a few days so hopefully your situation will be the same and you will get your old bark back soon! Good to see you back, Hoke!

Hellooo Hoke ~ I don't think you left your barker at the kennel, you broke your barker at the kennel. You could be in for a long dry spell without the barker.
