Isn't this the best time of year...the birds are out, the flowers are out and almost every night I get to watch or listen to a baseball game with him. They take me to the beach and last year they taught me how to run along side of a bike.
The past couple of days have been hot ones here so they finally gave in and put on the AC...each year they have a bet as to who can last longer without it. She has a fan that she points on her at night and he can sleep in the middle of a volcano so it's always interesting to see who cries Uncle first....well this year, he did!!! She couldn't believe it and "reluctantly" agreed that it was time (wink wink). Do you guys have to witness such silly bets and what's your favorite part of this time of year?

I like wintertime better my friend Hoke. It's just too darned hot where I live in the summer. Being black and all. But today's a little better. Sniglet and I had a big time outside this morning.
Oh. And I don't hear many bets around my house. Especially about the AC. All 3 of Us vote to turn it on whenever that first day of heat shows up.
I sleep under a ceiling fan.

heehee. that's funny how your mama 'n daddy bet on who will turn on the A/C comforts first! since i live in the south, our A/C is pretty much runnin' mega hard from like april until october! mama 'n daddy still sleep with a ceiling fan AND a box fan, too. they like it cold so that they can still sleep under the covers. :)

Can you keep a secret? well I'll tell you any how, I am always on a lead!! yes thats right, mom photoshops it out, I always let folks know if they ask about me not being on a lead.
I'm a terrier and once I get a smell of something thats it, I just don't hear them calling me back lol.

Our house is very different from yours with the AC - as soon as it is even the slightest bit hot the AC comes on!
