Home Alone

I'm taking over the blog from Hoke for this one...We have often wondered what Hoke does all day when we aren't home.  Well I've been home for 3 days with the flu...and while he's been by my side, laying around with me, he's spent most of day talking.....BARK BARK BARK!!  If it's outside he's barking at it.   He certainly controls the urge when we are here...and only barks when someone comes to the door.  We always knew that Westies were little protectors but to bark at the birds...I don't think they are going to get us.  The best part is that he doesn't even get up to bark...he just lays on his chair and woofs.  Now we know why he's pooped when we get home...barking is a tough job.

Did you know that I (Dr. Daisy, the coon hound) am the Official Barkaholics Counselor of Blogville? And did you know that if you simply fill out my Barkaholic Questionnaire then I can set Hoke up for private or group therapy sessions? I am so glad I stopped by because it seems to me that Hoke has a barking addiction problem!

I am also a barkaholic. We can't help it, we're terriers!

Yeah, that is what us terriers do. I like to bark at the cows next door. They are dumb and don't know how to play right..

They've often wanted to install one of those DogCams in Our house. To watch what I do while They're away.

Just last night, They came home to find me greeting Them at the door with a cow toe in my mouth. Growling at the same time. Now, how, They wondered, did I know They were back home?? I couldn't see them out of the window and the door was closed.

I know everything. And I growl when They're gone. Never you mind how or why we do things, just know that we terriers talk. A lot. And know everything.

Like I know you're going to feel better soon. See?
